Literary Club

The Literary Club explores the diverse dimensions of literature and language, inspiring students to develop a love for reading, writing, and creative expression. It enhances students’ writing abilities while nurturing their imagination, creativity, and critical thinking skills. The club provides a platform to identify and encourage emerging literary talent by engaging students in a variety of creative and intellectual activities. It aims to prepare students for effective communication beyond the classroom by strengthening their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Through activities such as debates, declamations, extempore speeches, storytelling, poetry recitation, creative writing, Just-a-Minute (JAM), Spin a Yarn, Block and Tackle, quizzes, and dramatics, students gain confidence in expressing their thoughts and ideas. The Literary Club also promotes teamwork, leadership, and public speaking skills while fostering an appreciation for language, culture, and literature. It encourages students to become confident communicators, creative thinkers, and lifelong learners.
